This is our second time working with Nick after he mowed our field last year. We are tranforming our land to a Kansas native landscape so our projects are require attention to detail to keep the native species and remove the invasive species that are usually side by side! This time, we hired Nick to mow our field and remove 16 trees. We marked things to keep with flags and each one was left untouched. He called the utility companies before he started which we really appreciated and was able the carefully remove the trees next to power lines and buildings. Some were chopped, mulched, or hauled away. Nick communicated with us throughout the multi week project, asked questions to confirm next steps and was flexible when we changed our mind. He left the space ready for seed just as we hoped and we will recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Nick was courteous and professional. He cleared a challenging section of my lot. He had a plan, explained it to me and completed the work to my satisfaction. I'm glad we selected Legacy Timber for this project.
Legacy timber is by far the best of any of the contractors I've ever worked with in construction. Their communication is always excellent and they explain what they're going to do every step of the process. They go out of the way to provide the best job possible. Thier pricing is extremely reasonable. in short, if you're going to have any work done like clearing a lot or timber recycling, there's no better company in the Kansas City area.
Nick did great work on a difficult job. Extremely over grown dam and property before,neat and tidy after. Nick even moved some large rocks and boulders to make me a fire pit! Many thanks.

The service was fantastic. Our order was delivered earlier than expected and so far the wood seems to be seasoned and burns well. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of firewood.

The team at Legacy Timber were fantastic to work with! They helped us clear 5 acres of land from invasive trees and shrubs and they not only did that exceptionally well, but they also advised us on which trees to keep and how much space they needed to grow and prosper. I really loved that we touched base multiple times throughout the project to make sure we were on the same page and how before they left, they made sure that everything was done. This was a fantastic experience and i would use them again in a heartbeat.
