Do you buy standing lumber?
We do not purchase standing timber at this time.
How is a 1/3 cord and full cord measured?
A cord of firewood is defined as a stack that measures 4 feet high, 4 feet wide, and 8 feet long. A 1/3 cord, or face cord, is a stack that measures 4 feet high, 16 inches wide, and 8 feet long.
How large is our firewood?
We cut our firewood approximately 16” long and ensure each piece can be picked up by a single hand. If we cannot pick up a piece with one hand, we re-split the piece until it can be.
Do we hand stack firewood?
We do not offer hand stacking of firewood. Firewood is delivered in a convenient 1/3 chord bag which can be dropped at the location of your choice pending accessibility.
Can firewood be picked up at our location versus being delivered?
We do not offer the ability to pick up the firewood at our facility. All orders placed with us will be delivery only.
Do we offer quantities outside of 1/3 cord or full cord (i.e. 1/8 cord or 1/2 cord)?
Our bags are 1/3 cord size, therefore we only offer by the 1/3 increment.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept cash & check. We also accept purchases of firewood directly through our website using a debit or credit Card.
